Fine-knit layers
Turtlenecks and half-zips in ivory, mocha and charcoal are selling as base layers under coats. They are easy to size and rarely returned.
Camel and charcoal coats
Double-breasted coats in camel remain the signature piece of the season, with charcoal as the safe second colour.
Leather that lasts
Biker jackets in black and dark brown continue to perform, especially in soft sheep leather. Cognac is the colour to test in smaller quantities.
Tip: build outfits across categories — a coat, a knit and a pair of trousers — so your customers buy more than one piece.
